The Study On Comprehensive Evaluation And Improvement Of Ecological Environment Quality In Qingdao City

Urban ecological environmental quality is not only related to the stability of the urban ecological function,but also affects the sustainable development of cities.During the thirteenth five-year plan period,ShanDong province has been raising the overall level of ecological civilization.And people give more and more attention to the ecological environmental quality assessment.Although theorists exit a lot of research for ecological environmental quality assessment,they still have problems in terms of process of assessment,especially in the respect of constructing index system and selecting evaluation method.In order to study the changing trends of urban ecological environmental quality and further improve the evaluation methodology,the paper takes Qingdao as research object and constructs its index system of urban ecological environmental quality assessment from the perspective of nature,economy and society on the basis of other related index systems and ecological theory of social-economic-natural complex ecosystem.In the selection evaluation method,the paper use principal component analysis method,at the same time,the author makes certain improvements of data preprocessing,calculation of the composite score value and so on.According to the evaluation results,analysis and evaluation of the economic and social development of Qingdao city and the environment coordination and the subsystems of the overall ecological environment quality of Qingdao city's contribution,to propose more targeted countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the analysis of the evaluation results of the principal components,we can see that the ecological environment quality of Qingdao 2000-2015 overall upward trend,in a positive development,but the quality of city environment development in recent years is not ideal,the speed of the development of the society and the environment can not keep up with the economic development,city industrial structure needs further improvement and optimization.Overall,Qingdao ecological environmental quality is good,but the development of society and the environment can't keep up with the speed of economic development and coordination remains to be further strengthened.Accordingly put forward to optimize the industrial structure,promote the coordinated development of the economy,strengthen environmental protection and other targeted countermeasures and Suggestions.
