The super capacitors as a new transduction and energy-saving devices,has been widely used in toportable electronic devices and electric automobile,etc.It was depended on its high charge and discharge rate,long cycle life and considerable power density,conductive polymer polypyrrole(PPy)has a fairly good chemical stability,environmental benignity,high conductivity,ease to synthesize,and the like.So much advantages that it can become the ultra-capacitance preferred electrode material.Pyrrole as a monomer,ferric trichloride as an oxidant,water and chloroform were used as solvent in the paper.The changeful interface dispersed system with adding the single or mixed nonionic surfactants among Span80,Tween80 and OP 10,the characteristics of surfactant can manufacture soft template to prepare PPy.The chemical structure,micromorphology and electrochemical properties of PPy were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscope images(SEM),cyclic voltammegrams(CV),and galvanostatic charge-discharge tests.The research shows:With single component Span80,Tween80 and OP 10 were added in interfacial polymerization.The different structure of bubbles,vesiculars and algaes were presented at 25?.The specific capacitance was 368.18 F/g when the concentration of Span80 was 3.32 g/L,and its morphology expressed as a uniform distribution of the pores on the membrane.For a binary complex surfactant system,Span80/Tween80 and Span80/OP10 were used,a "W"shape arranged between specific capacitance and the increased HLB value,the complex effecs of Span80/Tween80 was better than Span80/OP10.When HLB value was 12.00,the specific capacitance was 354.21 F/g can be obtained while the concentration of Span80 was 1.402×10-1 g/L,Tween80 was 3.598×10-1 g/L,the morphology of PPy was consistent with the bubble.With different dosage of ternary surfactant mixture component system,the total concentration was 3.00 g/L and the HLB value was 10.00,a maximum capacitance was 432.80 F/g was obtained,with adding Span80,OP 10 and Tween80 were 1.27 g/L,1.27 g/L and 0.46 g/L,respectively.The micromorphology of PPy showed more "pleated vesicle"structure,a better stability was performed,and the capacitance retained 87.50%after 1000 cycles.
