The electro-hydraulic servo system of the strip rolling mill is one of the core systems to guage control.Through the establishment of rolling mill hydraulic servo system online condition monitoring system to monitor the state of different rolling conditions,so as to improve the stability of the servo control system.It is one key technology to reduce the vibration caused by the instability of the hydraulic servo system.The research of rolling mill hydraulic servo system from online condition monitoring system to vibration reduced.The key technology is the development of on-line condition monitoring system,signal analysis and processing technology,and the development of vibration reduce technology,this paper will focus on the main line to start research work:The definition and main tasks of the on-line condition monitoring system for the hydraulic servo system of the rolling mill are presented.According to the actual rolling mill in a certain steel plant,the advanced software structure and hardware platform are designed to realize the high performance state monitoring of the system.State parameters include the cylinder control pressure signal and stand vibration signal.According to the state signals collected by the on-line monitoring system of the rolling mill,the wavelet de-noising method is used to denoise the oil pressure signal with more noise signals.Then,four typical working conditions,such as rolling condition,lifting speed condition,stable rolling condition and "runaway" condition,are analyzed.By analyzing the characteristics of signal in time domain and frequency domain,the characteristics of the unit under different working conditions are further revealed.In order to verify the rationality and feasibility of active vibration damping technology,considering the dynamic friction,electro-hydraulic servo valve dynamic components on the simulation system of the rolling mill hydraulic system with three degrees of freedom load model,make the mill roll gap value corresponding to the rolling force,and the pressure on experiment and steady rolling conditions under the export of plate thickness and rolling force and other parameters to verify the simulation system using the mill,to verify the credibility of system simulation.Active damping technology can reduce the vibration of the system by increasing the damping of the system.Analysis of active vibration damping technology in the feasibility of control principle under the condition of using the rolling mill hydraulic pressure system simulation model,so as to establish the simulation model of active vibration damping system,active vibration damping technology to verify the rationality and vibration suppression effect.
