The Research On Roller Forming Process Of Satellite Roller Screw

Since the planetary roller screw transmission mechanism was invented by Swedish people in 1942,it has been widely recognized and applied because of its high stiffness,high bearing capacity,impact resistance,long service life,small volume,high speed,low noise,high precision,easy installation and maintenance and many other advantages.Because starts late in our country,the planetary roller screw drive mechanism has not been more in-depth research.Mastering less the basic theoretical knowledge,We did not effectively guide the company to mass production by their own core technology of the planetary roller Screw drive mechanism.Because starts late in our country,the planetary roller screw drive mechanism has not been more in-depth research.This paper analysis of the planetary roller screw from the structure parameters and motion characteristics,principle and working efficiency,deformation and bearing capacity and so on,and research on the structure parameters of the threaded portion and gear part of the screw roller.From the theoretical basis,I study the gear part and the part of the screw rolling,analysis of rolling force,gear and thread roll,and roll diameter.According to the structural parameters of the screw roller and the roller,I design the roller and build the 3 d model.Then I use the finite element simulation software Deform-3D to simulate the forming process of the roller,and analyze the simulation results in terms of rolling force and equivalent strain.By using the finite element software,the simulation of the forming process of the screw roller is carried out,and it is verified that the screw roller with the gear part and the thread part can be rolled simultaneously on the same equipment.The satellite roller screw which was rolled are not only stiffness,high load,high precision,long service life and stable quality,but also can ensure the threaded part and a gear part consistency relative position.This process provides a new method for the production of threaded and coaxial components.
