Digital oilfield has become the development trend of modern oilfield,a large number of electrical parameters and dynamometer data has been monitored.There is a direct relationship between these data and the oil production efficiency and working condition,but they are not using available.In this paper,based on a large number of electrical parameters and dynamometer data,the system efficiency analysis of the pumping well system and the multi working condition diagnosis of the pumping well are carried out.This paper carried out the following research:Based on the measured motor input power and dynamometer card data,the system of motor,belt,reducer,crank rod composed of simplified mechanical analysis and mathematic model,calculation of belt small pulley speed by the input parameters of the dynamometer card is large belt pulley speed,belt slip calculation,according to the the relationship between the belt slip and pumping of ground equipment and downhole operation,the initial diagnosis system for oil wells pumping conditions.Based on the measured motor input power and dynamometer card data,the dynamometer card data is input by the crank shaft torque curve,electrical parameters derived pumping power balance,combined with the pumping unit type,structure size,balance of pumping unit,statistical analysis under different conditions of characteristic parameters of crank shaft torque and power balance,proposed the calculation scheme of pumping wells operating characteristic parameters based on data fusion,realize the accurate diagnosis of pumping wells in various conditions.Based on the measured motor input power and dynamometer card data,the dynamometer card data derived from the input crank shaft torque curve,electrical parameters derived pumping power balance,combined with the pumping unit type,structure size,balance of pumping unit,statistical analysis of characteristic parameters of crank shaft torque and power the balance of the different conditions,puts forward the calculation scheme of pumping well working parameters based on data fusion,realize the accurate diagnosis of pumping wells in various conditions.Using the Elman neural network system,a pumping well system efficiency andworking condition diagnosis model based on data fusion,the beam pumping unit types,structure size,balance oil wells,and the crank shaft and the power balance degree as the input of the neural network,and the extracted eigenvalue threshold parameters stored in neural network finally,the type of condition diagnosis results as output,realizes the real-time diagnosis of pumping wells condition.Using Visual Basic 6.0 and Matlab to develop “analyzing the efficiency and working condition of pumping well system based on data fusiont”.Case study shows the fitting dynamometer card by measured electric power fits well with the measured one.Optimize the load torque can effectively improve the fitting precision of dynamometer card.The precision of comprehensive diagnosis is high.And it is very helpful for the practical application of oil field.can meet the engineering actual requirements.
