It growing demands for coal mine in our country,roadheader is essential to coal mining machinery and equipment,and cutting head is a major components of bearing cut coal mine.At present,the design level of domestic roadheader has reached international standards,but the domestic design of cutting head still exists many problems,it cannot satisfy the actual demand,the complete set of cutting head mainly adopts foreign advanced products.In the cutting process,the consumption of domestic cutting head cutter tooth is larger,and easy to damage;While the foreign cutting head cutting teeth wear more less and more efficient,but there is a price monopoly and has technology protection,it seriously restricts to the development of tunneling industry in China.Roadheader cutting head and cutting tooth are the emphasis in this paper,from the perspective of the theory,combined with the numerical analysis and finite element simulation to design to cutting head,and found the optimal parameters for cutting head structure,and verifies the correctness of the simulation by field experiment,it offered a new method and research foundation for the design of the cutting head.Cutting head cutting tooth envelope line,cutting tooth spiral line,cutting tooth circumference angle and cutting tooth installation angle are deduced to mathematic model,and reflected the cutting performance of the cutting head by mathematic model of cutting head of bearing load,load fluctuation,cutting specific energy consumption and cutting dust.Using MATLAB GUI to make cutting tooth arrangement,cutting patterns,cutting tooth converted installation angle and cutting head performance indicators into interface program.It got three-dimensional coordinate of cutting tooth point,analyzed cutting head shape parameters,cutting tooth installation parameters and working conditions parameters to affect cutting patterns and unbalance loading coefficient,which illustrated influence factor of cutting head performance indicators.Using Pro/E software established three-dimensional parameterized geometric model of cutting head and cutting tooth cutting coal or rock.The physical material parameters of cutting head,cutting tooth body,alloy head and coal or rock are determined,and used HyperMesh to mesh generation for three-dimensional model of coal or rock.The cutting head and cutting tooth cutting coal or rock are made into finite element simulation model in the LS-DNYA.Cloud atlas and related curves expressed the finite element simulation results of cutting head and cutting tooth cutting coal or rock.The changing rule of cutting head and cutting tooth bearing load,load fluctuation and cutting specific energy consumption with cutting angle and rotating angle changing are analyzed,and got the best cutting angle and rotating angle of cutting tooth,which put forward the guiding significance for the cutting head design.The physical parameters of the concrete samples were obtained by compressing the cylindrical concrete with electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine,which were compressive strength,elastic modulus and platts hardness.The EBZ200 roadheader is used to perform the on-the-spot cutting experiment of the rectangular rock wall,and compared the simulation results with the experimental data,verify the authenticity of the simulation.
