Korla pear as one of the characteristics of Xinjiang agricultural products,has long been a Xinjiang for the world of a business card,because the Korla pear quality is relatively good and sweet and delicious can be said to be a well-deserved "pear holy goods." Pear in the post-harvest storage quality will decline,and prone to a variety of diseases.Blackhead disease is in recent years,farmers found in the pear in a disease,this disease and pear other diseases are significantly different,greatly damaged the pear's merchandise.At present,domestic research has focused on the extraction and identification of pathogens from blackheads and pear.The research on the changes of physiological and biochemical characteristics of pear in postharvest blackhead disease is not comprehensive and can not determine the pathogenesis of pear after harvest.In this study,the Korla pear pear after the onset of blackhead disease was the main research object.The main pathogens obtained from the isolation and identification of the blackhead pear were inoculated into intact pear,under the condition of storage and cold storage And to determine the changes of physical and chemical indexes of pear on a regular basis,and to provide a basis for the control study of Korla pear blackhead disease and the optimization of storage conditions.The main results are as follows:1.the hardness of the fruit,the content of SSC,the content of titratable acid and the content of VC were decreased,and the respiration intensity increased,and the trend of changing pear in ordinary cold storage was more obvious.The results showed that the physiological quality of Korla pear after fruit infection was decreased,and the destruction of pulp tissue was more serious.2.compared with the pre-storage of pear mineral content and the end of the stage of the pear mineral elements,can be found in pear N,P,K,Ca content were some changes.The content of N was slightly increased,the contents of P and K decreased slightly,while the Ca content decreased more.Indicating that the disease caused by the infection of blackhead disease Korla pear disease resistance decreased,due to the lack of Ca content may lead to the outflow of black juice.3.The content of crude fiber,the content of pectin and the content of lignin were lower than that of intact pear.The content of soluble pectin,cellulase,PG and PME was higher than that of intact pear.Indicating that the blackhead disease makes the cell wall metabolism of pear increased,the structure of the cell wall is damaged,the destruction of the structure and further lead to the infestation of pear pathogens intensified.4.after the onset of Korla pear and the same storage conditions Korla pear activeoxygen metabolism studies have shown that the results of malondialdehyde,superoxide anion production rate,total phenol content should be higher than good fruit,SOD,POD,CAT,PPO several enzyme activity in the early to be higher than the complete fruit,late and complete fruit activity close.The results showed that the active oxygen metabolism of the fruit in the Korla pear blackhead disease was maladjusted,and the harmful substances such as malondialdehyde could not be removed in time to make the lipid membrane peroxidation serious,the cell membrane was damaged and the enzymatic browning was produced.5.the ordinary cold storage in the Korla pear blackhead disease incidence than the atmosphere under the storage of pear more serious,and the incidence rate increases with time to accelerate the growth rate is accelerating.The psoriasis area of the already diseased pear has an expanding rate of more than the airtight storage.And after the onset of fruit cell wall metabolism and the rate of active oxygen metabolism cold storage should be greater than the atmosphere storage.The results show that the modified atmosphere storage has a better effect on controlling the onset of blackhead disease.
