polymer vesicles,or polymersomes,prepared by the self-assembly of amphiphilic block copolymers,are hollow spheres typically with a hydrophobic wall and hollow structure.Polymer vesicles are highly expected to find promising applications in the biomedical field,such as drug delivery,gene therapy,magnetic resonance imaging and theranostics,cell mimicking,etc.They may allow the retention of the load for a long period of depending on the properties,preventing drug degradation inactivation,distribution of the body of the hydrophobic block of the copolymers.Moreover,polymer vesicles can be modified surface to enhance their long circulatory in the bloodstream and targeted functions group.In this research,polymer vesicles prepared by amphiphilic block copolymers(PEG-b-PCL,PEG-b-PLA).Specific research details as follow:(1)Preparation of polymer vesicles by PEG-b-PCL,PEG-b-PLA block copolymer using solvent-switch method and solvent-free method;By controlling the preparation method,the preparation conditions(polymer concentration,block copolymer type etc).Polymer vesicles size,size distribution and microstructure and other properties.(2)Preparation of virus-like Polymer Vesicles;Researching the mass ratio,different hydrophilic length and different preparation methods and exploring the ability of encapsulated drug of virus-like polymer vesicles.The result shows that prepared by mixing self-assembly virus-like surface polymer vesicles which have the surface morphology of the synaptic structure of the virus-like surface,the hollow microstructure,the narrow size distribution.(3)Preparation of targeted cellular polymer vesicles;Synthetic hyaluronic acid grafted amphiphilic block copolymer and self-assembly to tumor cell function polymer vesicles.The result shows that the size distribution of the targeted tumor polymer vesicles was uniform and the size was about 200 nm.The polymer vesicles can be used as a drug carrier with targeted tumor cell function.
