The influence of laser parameters of the drilling has been researched on both the oretical and experimental aspects which using multiple long-pulse laser.On the theoretical part,it was build a theoretical model of laser drilling on aluminum alloy by pulse train of long-pulse laser.Based on the long-pulse laser drilling mechanism theory,basic principle of classical heat conduction theory;and hydrodynamic equations,the enthalpy-porosity method and the gas dynamic method was used to describe the two-phase transformation of melting and gasification phenomenon.As a result a long-pulse laser drilling erosion model was established.On the simulation part,it was build a theoretical model of laser drilling on aluminum alloy by pulse train of long-pulse laser follwing by the simulation finished it.Then it discussed the relationship and causes between temperature and aspect ratio,such as laser fluence,pulse numbers and laser pulse frequency.On the experimental part,it was finished the research on the temperature rise,corrosion of laser drilling on aluminum alloy by pulse train of long-pulse laser.It discussed the relationship and causes between temperature and aspect ratio,such as laser fluence,pulse numbers and pulse frequency.Compare with the simulation results,the trend of expermental results are exactly same.In conclusion,the research of theoretical and experimental on laser drilling by pulse train of long pulse laser are completed.The quality of the hole is improved by increasing laser fluence,pulse numbers and pulse frequency.However,with the increase of pulse frequency,the drilling rate decreases.The results of this paper provide a reference for the improvement of long-pulse laser drilling.
