Double pulse laser is one of the key research target effect of laser material interaction,in recent years by double pulse laser ablation on combination of material characteristics emerge in an endless stream mainly uses short pulse,laser and ultrashort pulse laser ablation of target material and realize the combination of plasma characteristics induced by.This paper focuses on the experimental study of long pulse millisecond laser with short pulse nanosecond laser ablation combined characteristics,through the experiment produced in different relative delay case change target ablation effect research.According to the domestic and foreign present research combined pulse target were described and analyzed.The research found that the main focus in the double pulse laser on laser induced plasma spectroscopy(DP-LIBS)study on enhanced resolution,long pulse and short pulse laser ablation effect of target characteristics and mechanism research.At the same time,the survey found that when using pulsed laser and continuous laser welding with metal material,can effectively avoid the adverse factors in the welding process.Therefore,the long pulse has important research value and research of short pulse laser ablation and combination mechanism of target characteristics.In order to further discuss the long pulse and short pulse laser combination mechanism is analyzed for the laser metal interaction mechanism,the focus absorption rate were studied after laser irradiation on the target.Discuss the material absorption rate with target temperature,electron number and function of wavelength change trend,and analyzes the research situation of the target for metal transition properties change process.According to the theoretical results,the numerical model is established by numerical analysis software,and the numerical simulation software Comsol and numerical calculation software Matlab are used to solve the numerical model.The simulation for single pulse target and double pulse delay effect of different target temperature,the absorption rate distribution were simulated for comparison;double pulse delay under different axial and radial distribution of the temperature field is analyzed,and the phase change under the condition of such problems were studied,provide a theoretical basis for subsequent experimental design.In order to verify the above analysis results of long pulse and short pulse mechanism theory,design the long pulse and short pulse laser target experiment system combination device,study the different relative delay under the action of 2024 Aluminum Alloy target ablation fusion penetration and radius and relative delay,results in the same energy situation with a long pulse,and change the role of short pulse delay,the ablation efficiency changes,specific performance for the moment when reaching the maximum temperature into the nanosecond laser in millisecond laser ablation,the ablation depth and penetration radius is increased,the results proved that the long pulse and short pulse laser can effectively improve the there is the best ablation ablation efficiency and delay time;at the same time studied after laser irradiation light emission spectra and double pulse laser relative delay The research results show that the spectral intensity of the nanosecond laser is the highest when the nanosecond laser energy is injected into the peak.
