In view of the harm caused by influenza and the case that influenza virus is easy to produce mutant strains of the existing influenza inhibitors resistant, this dissertation modified a non-drug resistant influenza drug zanamivir. With the expectation of improving the oral utilization and membrane permeability of zanamivir. Thus, four kinds of zanamivir-cholesterol compounds were obtained through a series of organic synthesis with a modified macromolecule cholesterol, which can increase the biofilm bimolecular mobility. After the structure of the four compounds were characterized by NHR and MS,the inhibitory effects of zanamivir-cholagogue on viral neuraminidase were tested and compared with zanamivir.Although the results showed that inhibitory effects of the new drugs are not as good as zanamivir, the IC50 values are 60 to 100 times bigger than zanamivir,But they still have inhibitory effects on the virus neuraminidase,Which provided the preliminary basis for cell level test and animal experiment.
