In recent years,metal nitrides have attracted the attention of researchers,and the research on these metal nitrides has become more extensive and deeper.Metal nitride materials can be applied in many fields,for example,lithium ion battery,gas sensor,supercapacitor,fuel cell,solar cell and so on.Therefore,the study of preparation and performance of metal nitrides is a meaningful subject of research.In this dissertation,NiO/Ni3 N composite hollow nanofibers were prepared via effective combination of electrospinning with reduction and nitridation of NH3 atmosphere.Then NiO/Ni3 N composite hollow nanofibers were used as sensing material to fabricate sensors for NOx sensing.The results show that NiO/Ni3 N composite hollow nanofibers exhibit more excellent sensing performances compared with NiO hollow nanofibers and Ni3 N nanofibers.We also used the combination of electrospinning with reduction and nitridation of NH3 atmosphere to prepare Co3O4,CoO,Co2 N,?-Fe2O3,Fe3O4 and Fe2 N hollow nanofibers,Cr2O3 and CrN nanofibers,MnO particles,C/MnO/Mn3N2 particles and C/Mn3N2 fibers.The prepared Co3O4,CoO,Co2 N,?-Fe2O3,Fe3O4 and Fe2 N hollow nanofibers were applied as anode materials for lithium ion batteries.The electrochemical test of Co3O4,CoO,Co2 N,?-Fe2O3,Fe3O4 and Fe2 N hollow nanofibers electrodes results indicate that metal oxides have higher capacity than metal nitrides at a current density of 100 mA·g-1,but metal nitrides have better rate capability than metal oxides.It is mainly because metal nitrides have higher conductivity than metal oxides.MnO particles,C/MnO/Mn3N2 particles and C/Mn3N2 fibers were used as anode materials for lithium ion batteries.The electrochemical test of MnO particles,C/MnO/Mn3N2 particles and C/Mn3N2 fibers electrodes results demonstrate that the cycling performance of C/MnO/Mn3N2 particles is the best at a current density of 100 mA·g-1,but rate capability of MnO particles is the best.
