At present,the problem of environmental pollution and shortage of petrochemical resources is becoming more and more serious.In this context,the preparation of polymer materials with renewable resources as raw materials has been highly valued.In this thesis,three kinds of polymer materials prepared by renewable cardanol,and its performance was studied.Hydroxyethyl cardanol(LITE2020)ether and six methylolmelamine synthesized six arm type cardanol intermediate,the intermediate by epoxidation and curing six arm type cardanol epoxy resin.Through a series of analytical tests,the results show that the initial storage modulus of the epoxy resin is higher than 2100 MPa and has good mechanical properties.The cardanol based methacrylate resin was prepared via the epoxidization,ring-open and curing reaction between cardanol based glycidyl ether and methacrylic acid etc.Through a series of analysis and testing,the results showed that: the glass transition temperature is 117.63 oC,higher than common methacrylate resin cured film.Bio-based thermosets were prepared via the ring-open and polymerization reaction.The epoxidized tri(2-cardanoxyethyl) citrate,methanol,hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI)etc as the raw materials.Through a series of analytical tests,the results show that the thermal decomposition temperature of the polyurethane reaches 290.91 oC and has good thermal stability.
