In recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to the problems of the environment and the efficient utilization of resources.In the traditional water supply industry,the recycling and utilization of wastewater from waterworks has been paid close attention to for the sake of saving resources,low carbon economy and environmental protection.The process of flocculation flocculation and synergistic clarification is based on the original flocculation process.The purpose of increasing efficiency and clarity is achieved by adding bellows.In this paper,tap water factory wastewater as the main research object,the treatment scale is 0.5-1.2m3/h by the process of the pilot study on the scale and full-scale test on40-67m3/h,according to the results to determine the actual production to optimize the scheme.The results show that:(1)The new wastewater treatment equipment installation of corrugated pipe production pellet flocculation,effluent turbidity can reach 0.32 NTU,the effect is better than the traditional pellet flocculation equipment;when the influent SS was 10.6g/L,PAM dosage of 9.3mg/L,dosage of PAFC 40mg/L,to keep the flow rate rise 50cm/min,half an hour can be formed with suspension the sludge treatment,the effluent is about 4.5NTU,with the continued operation,effluent can reach below 1NTU.(2)In the experimental conditions,to maintain the upward velocity 50cm/min,stirring speed5r/min,PAM minimum dosage is 2.3mg/L,PAFC minimum dosage is 8mg/L,the optimal Zeta raw water potential was-9m V,under this condition the turbidity is reduced from70-80 NTU to 1-2NTU;the water quality testing,the process of turbidity removal the rate can reach 99%,the chroma removal rate is 92%-99%,the total iron removal rate of 96%-97%,the removal rate of manganese can reach 91.2%-96.8%.(3)Experiment showed that increasing node group effective density with the ascending velocity of the water flow rate gradually decreases from 20cm/min to 60cm/min,the effective density decreased to 29g/L,decreased by about 50%;in a certain range,when the diameter is constant,the effluent turbidity with the hydraulic index(G/Re)of 1/2T increases.The values in the range of 5-23,the initial particle tube flocculation stage generated was more easily removed,the effluent turbidity can be less than 5NTU.(4)98.4% backwashing wastewater in the particle size of less than 2 ?m,the particle can be fully grown destabilization,initial particle;raw water 10-100 ?m particle volume accounted for about 82.9% of the volume,the particles provide a pellet core pellet flocculation process.(5)The results show that this process can be the raw water turbidity is reduced from 50 NTU to 0.8NTU;when the water turbidity 43 NTU,flow rate 45cm/min,suitable for the production test system of the stirring speed is 1.5-3.5r/min,the minimum of PAM dosage of 1.1mg/L,PAFC of the minimum dosage is 8mg/L,the effluent turbidity is 0.8-1.9NTU;the minimum dosage and ensure the effluent turbidity of less than 10 NTU,the maximum flow rate of the system can reach 55cm/min.(6)The production system of the process can be continuous and stable operation for a long time,the effluent turbidity can be maintained at between 1-3NTU,which can meet the quality requirement for water reuse;water sludge production rate of the system is about 90%-93.4%,easy to dehydration,good effect in actual production;through the calculation,the process for handling cost 0.66 yuan / ton.
