Energy is a kind of material resources as an essential part of human survival foundation.It drives the development of the whole world and the growth of the economy.For decades,the iron and steel industry has been regarded as an important symbol of the growing world economy.The level of the iron and steel industry energy consumption has important influence on the world's energy consumption.In recent years,as the challenge of the global economic slowdown,the steel industry competition and the user demand,the iron and steel industry must face the competition to this kind of high quality and low cost requirements.Iron and steel industry is the foundation of other industries in our country and is an important part of industrial structure.At present,relative to the national industrial total energy consumption,the amount of energy to maintain the iron and steel industry is very big.Therefore,energy saving of the iron and steel industry is imperative.In the modern iron and steel production in our country,hot rolling production is a very important part of the iron and steel production.The cost of the energy consumption accounts for more than half the cost of rolling,so reducing the energy consumption is an important way to reduce the cost.From the point of the whole process energy consumption,about 70% of the energy consumption of the hot rolling production is consumed in the heating process.This part of energy is mainly concentrated in the fuel consumption.In this paper,on the basis of the actual production conditions such as the technological process and the key parameters of the heating process of the 2150 ASP,the main factors influencing the energy consumption of the heating process are analyzed through the factor analysis method.Through in-depth analysis and summary,the optimization solutions of the energy saving are designed and are applied in the actual production process.The main contents include the following several aspects.Firstly,based on the analysis of the impact of the hot charging temperature and the hot charging rate on the energy consumption of the heating process,the loading plans and methods of billet into the furnace are optimized to achieve the goal of improving the hot charging rate and the average hot charging temperature.Secondly,according to the effect of the air-fuel ratio of the combustion on fuel consumption,the plan is proposed to optimize the air-fuel ratio parameter in order to reduce the consumption of the fuel.Lastly,through the study of the waste heat of the high temperature flue gas that affecting the furnace thermal efficiency,the plan is proposed to utilize the waste heat in order to improve the fuel efficiency and then achieve the goal of energy saving.The actual results of the practical application in the field indicate that the optimization solutions proposed in this paper have a good energy saving effect.The actual energy consumption data provides a practical evaluation method.
