In the field of high performance composites,due to the high strength,high modulus,light weight and stable dimensional properties of carbon fiber reinforced resin composites,it is widely used in many fields such as aerospace,military,sports and so on.The performance of carbon fiber resin composites depends not only on the mechanical properties of carbon fiber and polymer matrix itself,But also on the interface performance of carbon fiber and resin matrix.The properties and structure of the interface phase will affect the interface properties such as the shear strength of the interface,and then affect the mechanical properties of the composites,So the interface phase has became the focus of relevant research.In determining the mechanical properties of the composite material,We usually need to do mechanical experiments on the sample,and combined with macroscopic mechanics theory.Different materials need to use different tests to get their mechanical properties,so the cost is too high,and the process is too complicated.With the development of computing technology,Using the analytical method to calculate the performance of the composite material,by the composition of the material and the geometrical parameters of the sample is becoming more and more common.Computational simulation techniques are valued because of he development of computer technology.There are a large number of common softwares such as ABAQUS,ANSYS to facilitate the settlement of related physical problems.This paper has been tested to determine the high temperature composite material system is T1000 carbon fiber and epoxy resin A and toughening resin C compound formula.And the compatibility,mechanical properties and thermal properties of the material system were characterized.By the method of surface adsorption,The introduction of carbon nanotubes on the surface of carbon fibers increases the interfacial shear strength by 51%.In the simulation analysis,The RVE unit model was established by periodic boundary conditions,using ABAQUS simulation software,and the ABAQUS simulation software was used to simulate and analyze the model.stress concentration will easy to appear in some weak area which resin is less or fiber is staggered.When the displacement and temperature load,the expansion coefficient led to the interface stress decreases,and the interface stress of outer ring is greater than the interface stress of inner ring,In the event of damage,it is possible that the outer ring is damaged first.In the simulation of fiber extraction,the maximum shear force is given to cause interfacial damage,The damage is gradually extended from the fixed end to the free end,and finally the interface layer is completely destroyed,the fiber and the resin are completely deboned,and the interface behavior is lagging behind at high temperature.The method of simulating carbon nanotubes by spring unit is proposed through parallel multi-scale analysis method,The interfacial shear strength between the carbon nanotubes in this method is reduced to 56% when the CF is pulled out.
