The filling body is the artificial structures of the stage of open stope filling mining method underground mining engineering,and is the main means of the ground pressure control.Stage of open stope filling mining method will divide the ore block into one step chamber and two step stope pillar.For the two step stope backfill on both sides,when the two step of mine mining,a step of filling body appeared exposed to the goaf of exposure.The filling body of the exposed area increase with the two step of mining safety work environment.It is necessary to analyze the two step in the process of the stress and failure mechanism of the filling body,at the same time for the stoping scheme mine optimization design.According to engineering geological conditions and ore rock properties about the Qian xi Long wan-110 m iron ore,it use the open stope filling mining method and design of mining method,the study are as follows:Based on the theory of elasticity and combined with the stage of open stope backfilling technology,using RFPA3 D sets up two steps in the process of filling body force model which reveal the microscopic failure mechanism of filling body.According to mine geological data of Qian xi Long wan iron mine start the orthogonal test,using similar simulation test on the stage of open stope filling mining method,the test analysis strain variation of backfill and its roof the mechanical properties research of filling body.Combined with the actual situation of engineering geology of Long wan iron mine,a model was set by FLAC3 D to analyses different mechanical properties of the tailings of Long wan iron ores based on different schemes of different pillar width,and obtain the optimal mining pillar mining plan.
