The upward horizontal slice stoping and filling method with pointed pillars was designed to exploit a certain mine,it was effective to sustain the roof's security with the pointed pillars filling,which ensured the security of mining process.Meanwile,the pointed pillars had higher loss and more strictly construction as a permanent loss,so that satisfying the safety production and decreasing the loss ratio will become a mining problem.Based on this problem,this paper provided the panel mechanical stripping-upward slice stoping and filling combined mining method.This method divided the ore body into panel to exploit,then the panel was divided into vertical stripping along trend,and finally was divided into one step stripping and two steps stripping.The different stripping width will affect both the stability of stope and the filling cost,so the two stripping width's reasonable design are vital important to ensure the stope's security and lowering the filling cost.This paper use the FLAC 3D simulation software to optimize the stope parameter in the panel mechanical stripping-upward slice stoping and filling combined mining method,which is based on exploitation status in a certain mine.The research results was followed.(1)The panel mechanical stripping-upward slice stoping and filling combined mining method was provided and solved the permanent pillars problem in the upward horizontal slice stoping and filling method with pointed pillars,(2)The FLAC 3D simulation software simulated the one stripping and two stripping width(6m and 6m,8m and 6m,8m and 8m),the discipline of stress-strain and plastic zone in the cemented filling body and pillar's mining process.the stope sustained a stead state in all method,and each method can satisfied the exploitation intensity,(3)Comparison with all methods filling cost,the panel mechanical stripping-upward slice stoping and filling combined mining method's optimized stope parameter were 6m of the one stripping width and 8m of the two stripping width,(4)Compared with the upward horizontal slice stoping and filling method with pointed pillars' industrial index,the panel mechanical stripping-upward slice stoping and filling combined mining method improved the ore recovery ratio and economic benefit on the basis of ensuring the production security.The meaning of present research is to improve the ore recovery ratio and economic benefit,ensure the mining security and stable development,provide a model for the similar mine exploiting.
