With SFCA as the object of the research,combined with the related theories,this paper adopted X ray diffraction.SEM-EDS and other analysis methods to analyze the composition and microstructure of the SFCA phase.It also studied its physical properties,such as wettabiling,viscosity and so on by using using melting point and speed tester,micro hardness tester,which provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the bonding effects of the bonding phase and improving the quality of sinter.The specific conclusions are as follows:1)The change of Mg O/Al2O3 ratio has an important influence on the formation of calcium complex.The ratio of Mg O/Al2O3 was about 0.66,which was the most suitable for the formation of complex calcium ferrite.2)With the increase of the ratio of Mg O/Al2O3,the microstructure of the composite ferrite acid showed the development from the plate shape to acicular,and then bake to the plate.The content of Fe in compound calcium ferrite showed the trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and the other elements had no obvious change.3)The ratio of Mg O/Al2O3 to 0.65-0.68,SFCA has good fluidity,which is beneficial to improve the quality of sinter.4)In a certain range,with the increase of the Mg O/Al2O3 ratio,microhardness showed first increasing and then decreaing,and it reach the maximum when the Mg O/Al2O3 ratio is around 0.6.It is also found that after the maximum,The increase of Mg O/Al2O3 will lead to the sharp decrease of SFCA.5)With the increase of the ratio of Mg O/Al2O3,the wetting angle decreases,first and then increases,and reaches the minimum at Mg O/Al2O3=0.66.The change rate of wetting angle decreases with the increase of wetting angle,and the rate of change is much larger than that at the stage.6)The temperature lower,the viscosity of SFCA is increased.Under the same temperature condition,the viscosity of SFCA decreases with the increase of the Mg O/Al2O3 ratio,and the lower the temperature is,the more obvious the trend of the decreasing trend of the viscosity of SFCA is.The temperature viscosity curve simulated by Fact Sage software is similar to the experimental results,which has a higher reference value.
