| With the improvement of living standard and the national policy “two children " fully liberalized,infant and young children’s home textile market will develop with great potential.The survey showed,the country’s compulsory requirements on safety of infant and young children’s textile is still not comprehensive,lacking the assessment indicator of fabric " hair loss”.While dust mite,dust attached to the falling fiber easily become the main allergen and induce infant respiratory disease.So it is of a certain practical significance to explore the hair loss of infants and young children’s home textile fabrics and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide reference to companies for producing safer fabrics.The main contents of this research include the following aspects: Firstly,do research on the market of infant and young children’s home textile and select the appropriate fabrics as samples.Secondly,do a experiment to determine the appropriate test method,measure the hair loss rate of five kinds of sample fabrics and analyze the hair loss process.Thirdly,according to the daily use of infants and young children’s home textiles,add the washing-friction alternating experiment,analyze the effect of washing on the hair loss rate.Then,test and evaluate the comfort performance of the sample fabric.Finally,do the same test on hair loss rate and comfort performance of 3 kinds of adult textile fabric,comparing with the infant textile fabrics.Through the comprehensive analysis of experimental data,getting the following conclusions:(1)Based on the ball box method,the maximum friction hair loss rate of these woven sample is 2.52%,knitted samples’ is 4.34%.(2)Under the premise of the same fiber raw materials,the factors that affect the fabric loss rate are fabric structure,fabric density,sand finishing,fabric surface friction coefficient;When the fabric basic parameters and finishing method are the same,the smaller the average surface friction coefficient of the fabric,the lower fabric hair loss rate.When the yarn fineness and fabric density,are the same or similar,the more stable the fabric structure,the relatively lower of the hair loss rate;In the same type(woven or knitted)fabric,the factor of sanding influenced more than the factor of fabric density on the hair loss of the fabric.(3)Simulated the use of infant home textiles(washing-friction alternating)in daily life,the binary linear regression analysis of experimental data showed: The effect of the washing effect(the impact of water flow)on the fabric loss rate is much greater than the friction,its impact ratio of the woven fabric hair loss was about 63.9% to 64.4%,and be about 69.0% ~ 81.1% of knitted fabrics;The more stable the fabric structure,the lower the hair loss rate under the alternating action of the wash-friction(eg 3rd knitted sample);For sanding sample fabric,most of the surface floating hair has been washed away after 1-2 washing times,then in the follow-up friction,the fabric hair loss of sanded fabric and non-sanded fabric is not very different.(4)Knitted fabrics are better than woven fabrics on the feelling softness,fluffy fullness,breathable performance,warm contact feeling,fabric elasticity,and be more suitable used for low-age baby,especially the infants.(5)There is a gap between adult home textile fabrics and infant home textile fabrics on the hair loss rate and fabric feelings,so it can not be directly used for infant textile products. |
