In recent years,green textile is highly praised for its ecological and environmental protection and no harm to human body.Therefore,this thesis uses natural silk fibroin to finish cotton yarn,and develops a green comfortable home textile product by using the modified yarn.Silk fibroin can improve the weavability and hydrophilicity of home-made cotton yarn after it is attached to it.Then it can be used to weave home-made silk fabric,which has many excellent properties such as moisture absorption,skin affinity,softness and so on.Firstly,the appropriate degumming scheme was selected to degumm the silk,and then the degummed silk fibroin was dissolved in the dissolution system,and the excess salt ions were removed by dialysis bag,and finally the silk fibroin solution was extracted.It was found that the optimal degumming process parameters were 90??100?,treatment time 2 hours and urea concentration 9 mol/L.The results show that the content of silk fibroin is the highest and the relative molecular weight is the lowest in the ternary solution system of Ca Cl2+ethanol and water at 80?,the dissolution of silk fibroin fiber is more thorough,the high molecular weight long peptide chain is decomposed,the short peptide chain and free amino acid are decomposed,the conformation of silk fibroin changes from?-fold structure to partial irregular curl structure,and it is more soluble in water.Secondly,the cotton yarn was activated,and the hydroxyl groups on the treated cotton fiber were selectively oxidized to form aldehyde groups,which covalently combined with the amino groups on silk fibroin,so that silk fibroin was firmly grafted on the cotton yarn.Four factors and three levels orthogonal experimental table was used to explore the optimal preparation process of silk fibroin home-made cotton yarn.Through the experimental analysis,the optimal process parameters were obtained as follows:sodium periodate concentration 2.5g/L,silk fibroin concentration 4%,treatment temperature 50?,treatment time 2H.After the optimal process scheme,the moisture regain of home-made cotton yarn increased from 8.13%to 12.10%,and the fracture rate increased The strength increases from1.13c N/dtex to 1.39c N/dtex,and the weavability of the yarn is greatly improved.Finally,two kinds of silk fabrics with satin and twill weave were developed by using the silk fibroin home textile cotton yarn prepared by the optimal process,and their properties were compared with those of untreated ordinary home textile fabrics.From the appearance point of view,the gloss of the home textile fabric made of silk fibroin home textile cotton yarn is better,rising from 4.24 to 4.59,and the whiteness of the fabric also rises slightly,rising from64.4 to 69.8;from the aspect of heat and moisture comfort,the transient heat flux and heat transfer coefficient of silk fibroin home textile fabric are higher than that of ordinary home textile fabric,and the transient heat flux rises from 1524.95w/(M2)to 1350.15w/(M2),and the heat transfer system is stable The moisture permeability of silk fibroin home textile is also higher than that of ordinary home textile,which increases from 2496.99g/(D·m2)to2572.75g/(D·m2).The liquid water diffusion ability of silk fibroin home textile is also better,which can meet the requirements of moisture absorption and perspiration fabric,and the contact angle is smaller,which increases from 59.7°to 44.8°and the hydrophilicity is improved;the air permeability of silk fibroin home-made fabric is slightly poor,but there is no significant impact on wearability;from the analysis of fabric touch,the bending stiffness and bending work of silk fibroin home-made fabric are smaller,the bending stiffness decreases from 437.46 GF·mm/rad to 199.24 GF·mm/rad,the bending work decreases from2285.08 GF·mm·rad to 888.37 GF·mm·rad,and the fabric resists bending The results show that the hand feel of silk fibroin home textile fabric is softer,the friction coefficient of the fabric is smaller,from 0.27 to 0.23,and the roughness amplitude also decreases from33.79mm to 12.11mm.This is because after silk fibroin solution treatment,a layer of silk fibroin film will be attached to the surface of the yarn,which makes the surface roughness of the fabric decrease and the hand feel more smooth and delicate The adhesion of white fiber also improves the drapability of the fabric,and the drapability coefficient decreases by12.19%,which improves the softness of the fabric.The washing fastness test of silk fibroin home textile fabric shows that the gram weight of the fabric is only reduced by 5.3%,which indicates that the grafting of silk fibroin and home textile cotton yarn is good.
