According to the industrial developed countries preliminary statistics,each year caused by wear and corrosion of the economic loss of GDP to 2-4%;in our country,parts and equipment failure caused by wear and even scrap is a surprising amount of.Only on metallurgy,mining,agricultural machinery,coal,electricity and building materials and other industrial sectors of the incomplete statistics,the annual wear caused by steel consumption reached 1 million tons.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the problem of wear parts.In this topic,a kind of coating with high performance and thick coating is prepared by combining brush plating technology with electro contact strengthening technology.Among them,analyzed the reasons affecting the coating growth and coating quality,according to the factors,formulate feasible research plan,prepare the thickness of nickel coating is about 0.5mm,and master the relevant rules.Then,the prepared coating was strengthened by electrical contact.After analysis,the hardness of the two coatings,the bonding strength of the coating and substrate,and the thermal fatigue resistance were improved greatly.Based on the fast nickel coating after electrical contact strengthening further analysis shows that after electrical contact strengthening,reduce the defects in the coating on the surface,this is due to the electrical contact strengthening process,electrode and coating are tightly pressed,and through the great current,more tightly pressed coating,particles produced reordering and combination.To fill the gap,pressing the depression;at the same time,by using scanning electron microscope,strengthening layer and substrate binding sites have changed obviously,which is due to the release of high temperature electrical contact strengthening fusion diffusion,improve the binding force of the plating layer and the substrate,thereby improving the coating properties.Through the further analysis of XRD,it can be seen that the grain refinement is enhanced by electric contact,which results in the improvement of the performance of the coating.
