Petroleum and natural gas are the most important energy in the world,have been widely used in all ways of life.The pipeline is the most significant carrier of transporting petroleum and natural gas.As people increasingly demand for energy,oil and gas pipelines have covered each city.Due to the complexity of the surrounding environment and medium,oil and gas pipelines will inevitably occur corrosion.Corrosion defects seriously affect the bearing capacity of oil and gas pipelines is affected seriously by corrosion defects,In order to avoid accidents,the residual strength of corrosion defects of oil and gas pipelines must be assessed timely corrosion evaluation.Exploring the law what defect geometric parameters of oil and gas pipelines to residual strength and equivalent stress,and predicting the residual strength of oil and gas pipelines.The calculation processes of B31 G standards,API 579 standards,SY/T6151-1995 method and finite element analysis method are introduced detailedly,and the value is compared with the real experimental results to calculate the reliability analysis of ANSYS software.Based on UG and ANSYS software to analyze the law what effects of interaction analysis of single corrosion defect parameter to residual strength of oil and gas pipeli ne,single corrosion defect parameter include length,width,depth,length and depth of interaction,diameter,depth,diameter and depth of interaction The influence of the defect depth is the largest.The length is the second,the width and diameter is not obvious,and two geometric parameters of the defects affect each other.Based on ANSYS software to analyze the law what effects of single corrosion defect parameter to equivalent stress of oil and gas pipeline,single corrosion defect parameter include length,width,depth,diameter,depth.Explore the two axial corrosion defect interaction and circumferential defects two interaction,analysis of square corrosion defect length,depth,diameter,circular corrosion defects the depth of the influence of pipeline interaction distance limit.There is a large or small effect on the geometric parameters of each defect,and the interaction between the two corrosion defects has a great influence on the equivalent stress.The mathematical model of the length,width,depth and the residual strength of the oil and gas pipeline is fitted by Design Expert software,and the influence of the residual strength factor is analyzed.The interaction of defect depth,depth and length is the most significant.
