Bisphenol A is one of chemical substances with low toxic,and it has a moderate irritation to human skin,gastrointestinal,respiratory and comea.And bisphenol A has simulated the effect of estrogen,can destroy the hormones.On the one hand Bisphenol A are wide used to make plastic chemical raw materials,coatings and other chemical products and food packaging,on the other hand,bisphenol A are commonly used to make food plastic bags,plastic mineral water and beverage bottle.,which product manufacturers around the environment of water and soil are likely to contain BPA.Therefore,a kind of both simple and effective to detect trace BPA is very meaningful.This research use bisphenol A as the target molecules to preparation the bisphenol A molecularly imprinted polymer.And then molecularly imprinted materials,graphene and Fe3O4,nano gold as the electrode modification,preparation of three kinds of modified electrodes and electrochemical properties of the modified electrode was investigated.At last,studied the pH,dosage of molecularly imprinted materials,scan rate,adsorption time on the electrochemical properties.The influence of electrochemical workstation analysis testing condition was optimized,under the condition of the optimal examines to research the method detection limit,linear range.And the three electrodes are used for detection of bisphenol A in environmental samples analysis.The main research content includes the following three aspects:(1)BPA as the template molecule,4-VP as the functional monomer,precipitation polymerization of bisphenol A molecularly imprinted polymer,prepared by adopting Hummers preparation of graphene oxide,and its reduction to make graphene.Using homemade graphene and molecularly imprinted materials to modified carbon paste electrode.And the graphene and molecularly imprinted materials have been characterized,homemade electrode electrochemical performance is studied.Examines the MIPs concentration,time and scan rate analysis of electrochemical sensor detection to find the effect of the best analysis condition.Under the optimal conditions,method detection limit of 9.63 x 10-11 g/L.And use it to ring four actual detection of bisphenol A in environmental samples analysis,relative standard deviation is 1.7-3.5%(N = 5),the standard addition recovery rate between 95%-103%,the paper will also use this method compared with traditional high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method,the results show that liquid chromatography and paper used method has significant correlation.(2)With graphene and Fe3O4,molecularly imprinted polymer modified acetylene black get new carbon paste electrode paste electrodes,homemade electrode electrochemical performance is studied.Examines the molecularly imprinted materials concentration,adsorption time,scan rate and pH on the influence of electrode assay performance,under the optimal conditions,inspected the homemade electrode analysis of bisphenol A detection performance,method detection limit of 6.34 x 10-10 g/L(3?),finally the electrode used in detection of bisphenol A in environmental samples analysis,relative standard deviation is 2.8%-3.6%(N = 5),the standard addition recovery is between 90% and 102%.(3)In order to reduce the oxidation of graphene reunion,thesis choose to join gold nanoparticles,preparation for nanogold-reduction graphene materials.bisphenol A molecularly imprinted materials and nanogold-reduction graphene composites modified carbon paste electrode surface by nanometer gold-graphene-molecularly imprinted polymer modified carbon paste electrode,homemade electrode electrochemical performance is studied,and the pH,molecularly imprinted materials concentration,adsorption time,scan rate and other conditions on the electrochemical workstation analyzed the influence of the detection performance,optimize the analysis testing conditions,investigates the detection limit of the method,the method of detection limit of 1.27 x 10-11 g/L,and the method used in environmental samples analysis of four kinds of actual sample testing,relative standard deviation is 2.1%-3.6%(N = 5),the standard addition recovery is between 95% and 100%.
