Polyurethane resin is used widely,especially in the modern pursuit of functional,beautiful and personalized era.Polyurethane resin has changeable features and good performance to achieve the unity of these functions,used especially in the various aspects of shoes package clothing and so on.Although China is superpower in polyurethane now,but the high-end functional polyurethane resin products also rely on a large number of imports.Be badly in need of the development in polyurethane resin is functional and good performance,simple process,low cost,safety and environmental protection requirements.At the same time with low modulus resin are quite different,thesis synthesized three typical usage and performance requirements of different polyurethane coating resin.(1)First,preparate practical artificial leather high hardness,one type polyurethane coating resin.The effects of the components and additives on the properties of the resin were studied.The results show that: Solvent of DMF/MEK mass proportion of 65:35,can has balance of solution stability,the resin coating and smoothness;polyester polyols used gather AA-1,4-BG,molecular weight of 1000 and 600 respectively,the mass proportion was 50:50,to achieve the best in areas such as water resisting property and bending resistant;when mass proportion for the resin solid content is 0.6% of self-restraint light agent LCQ-3116,achieve light fastness of design requirement.Polyurethane resin does not change color after light aging,mechanical properties and its retention rate is best,at the same time also can maintain excellent coating appearance.(2)Preparate the polyurethane resin coating thatwith good surface properties of a fluid.Through the analysis of the mechanical properties of light fastness analysis,IR analysis to study the optimum process conditions,using the polyester polyols(AA-1,4-BG and AA-EG)that molecular weight of 2000.The mass proportion is 40:60;resistance to water decomposition,resistance to infiltration and other properties to achieve the best,the added mass of combination of light fastening agent are LCQ-3116 for the resin solid content of 5%,and HW-428 for the resin solid content of 0.4%,to meet the light-resistant design requirements,polyurethane resin does not change color after aging,and its mechanical properties to maintain the best rate;the amount of surface improving agent SAN used for the resin solid content of 15%,DBP(dibutyl phthalate)used for the resin solid content of 5%,silicone oil content for the resin solid content of 0.5%,can meet the resin surface performance design requirements.(3)An artificial leather adhesive layer two-component polyurethane resin with quick release properties was prepared.Through the study of resin bridge reaction time,resin mechanical properties,and resin on the work of the impact,the rusult show that polyester polyols were AA-1,4-BG with molecular weights of 1500 and 600,respectively,and its mass ratio is 80:20,resistance to water decomposition,resistance to infiltration and other properties to meet the design requirements;the mass ratio of stannous octoate and self-made bridging accelerator LDP-0626 was 5: 100,when the addition amount of MDEA is 6% of the total mass of the polyester polyol,the speed peeling effect can be achieved;when the addition amount of silicone resin solids content of 1%,the amount of xylene was added 6%,DMF was added in an amount of 17% to meet job requirements.
