With the development of science and technology and the strengthening of health concepts,people's demand for home textiles has gradually expanded from the pursuit of softness and comfort to the functions of moisture absorption and ventilation,barrier protection,anti-mite and deodorization.To achieve these goals,surface modification of fabrics is an effective strategy,such as chemical heat treatment,surface coating(chemical deposition,electrostatic spinning)and coating technologies.Electrospun nanofiber membrane has excellent properties such as fine structure,large specific surface area,high porosity,good flexibility,and strong protection and barrier properties.It is the development direction of fabric surface modification.With the commercial application of needleless electrospinning,it has been possible to produce nanofiber coated materials with a width of more than 1.6 meters in batches.The home textile fabric prepared by combining the nanofiber membrane and the fabric has protective functions such as deodorization,mildew resistance,debris resistance,dust resistance,and deodorization barrier,and maintains good air permeability and softness,and does not affect the style and use effect of the fabric.However,the combination of nanofiber membranes and home textiles must be firm and resistant to multiple washings,which is a bottleneck problem in this application at present.The goal of this subject is to develop nano-laminated woven fabrics and increase the added value of traditional textiles.First,starting from the choice of bonding technology,it compares thermal bonding,chemical bonding,and direct spinning bonding to determine the best bonding.Method;Furthermore,by choosing different base fabrics,different spinning materials,and optimizing the electrospinning process,the method to improve the fastness of the direct spinning and bonding film is studied;for the polyester fabric film,the washing resistance is much higher than that of the pure cotton fabric.The filming scheme of polyester and cotton interwoven base fabric is improved by adding polyester floating filaments to improve the bonding fastness and washing resistance of the nanofiber membrane;the final preparation is high in bonding fastness,resistant to multiple washings,and can take into account comfort and barrier A functional home textile fabric,this nano-coated woven fabric can also maintain the original fabric base fabric in terms of air permeability,moisture conductivity,and hand feeling.This subject aims at developing nano-coated woven fabrics and increasing the added value of traditional textiles.First,starting from the selection of the bonding process,determine the best bonding method.On this basis,the electrospinning process was optimized to further improve the fastness to the base fabric.Finally,starting from the design of new base fabric materials,focusing on ensuring the integrity of nanofiber membranes,home textile products that take into account comfort and barrier functions are prepared to meet people's needs for textile protection,barrier,ventilation and moisture conductivity.The research content of this topic:(1)The influence of the bonding process on the bonding fastness of the polyether TPU nanofiber membrane and the base fabric was studied,and the morphological characteristics,pore size,moisture absorption and air permeability of the material under different composite processes were discussed.The results show:In chemical bonding,the process is complicated,the equipment requirements are high,and the glue is expensive;in the hot-melt bonding,the hot-melt mesh will become hard after dissolving,which affects the hand feel,affects the style of the fabric,and has poor air permeability;however,it is directly added in the electrostatic spinning Additives,less operation,simple process,good moisture and air permeability,and can ensure the integrity of the nanofiber membrane,the bonding fastness with polyester is good,and the bonding fastness with cotton cloth is good.(2)In order to improve the bonding fastness of polyether TPU nanofiber membrane and cotton cloth,the morphology characteristics,the abrasion bonding fastness,washing fastness,moisture absorption and breathability of the materials with different types of additives and different ratios were studied.The results show that the addition of additives has little effect on the bonding fastness of the polyether TPU nanofiber membrane and cotton cloth,but the way of adding PVP can significantly improve the bonding fastness of the nanofiber membrane and the base cloth without reducing it.Breathable and moisture permeable performance.(3)Designed a polyester-cotton interwoven fabric structure,which not only maintains the advantages of polyester,but also improves the shortcomings such as airtightness.The warp side1/3 right twill weave structure is used,and the skin-friendly side is made of cotton,which is soft and comfortable.Touch.The reverse side of the fabric is a long weft(polyester)floating thread,showing the characteristics of a polyester fabric.On the reverse side of the fabric,polyester and polyether TPU nanofiber film are compounded to prepare nano-coated woven fabric.The resistance to abrasion resistance,washing fastness,moisture absorption and air permeability of polyester-cotton interwoven film-covered fabric,polyester film-covered fabric,and cotton-covered fabric were studied.The results show that the washing fastness and abrasion fastness of the nano-coated fabric are close to those of polyester,which verifies the feasibility of our experimental design,and its thickness,square meter weight,and good elasticity meet the needs of people.Requirements for home textile products.
