With the increasing of human demand for oil and other resources,the poorer quality of crude oil,and the more stringent environmental requirements,people pay more attention on cleaner oil chemical products.In order to achieve the goal of producing cleaner energy products,the research and development of more efficient hydrolysis catalyst is one of the important means.The preparation method of the hydrolysis catalysts and catalyst carrier modified with additives were scientific studied in this paper.This paper study about the modified method of activated carbon,and examined the effect about the hydrolysis desulfurization activity by pretreatment of activated carbon,modification in activated carbon catalysts.The results suggested that: after pretreatment,the impurities are removed and the specific surface area and pore volume increase.The desulfurization rate is enhancement after the reduction and metal treatment.It may caused by increase of the alkaline group on the surface of the activated carbon and promoting the hydrolysis of carbonyl sulfide,and ultimately produce elemental sulfur or sulfate on the surface of activated carbon.This paper study the catalysts preparation method of Cu/AC and Cu-Fe/AC,and then applied a variety of means,such as BET,XRD and SEM,to characterize the catalysts and evaluate the desulfurization reaction performance of the catalyst.The preparation method,the amount of active components,calcination temperature and the amount of alkali are examined for Cu/AC catalysts.The impregnation sequence,atom ratio and the operating conditions are examined for Cu-Fe/AC catalysts.The research results showed that the better Cu/AC catalysts were prepared by impregnated method.Under the best condition: Cu loading amounts 7wt%,calcination temperature 350?,KOH loading amounts 11wt%,the best desulfurization of the catalyst reach up to 29 mg S/g.The Cu-Fe/AC catalysts for two-component load,impregnated with iron first has the higher desulfurization activity,the best condition is Cu:Fe=5:1,the reaction temperature 70?,the humidity 32%,and the best airspeed 1200h-1.
