Phosphorus pollution has become one of the most important environmental problems of the world,phytoremediation technology have the characteristics of low cost,simple operation and friendly to environment,so searching for more phosphorus enrichment plant is the basis and key of phytoremediation technology that applied phosphorus pollution.In this study,the Pistia stratiotes L enrichment phosphorus pretest,proved the Pistia stratiotes L has better purification effect on phosphorus removal.P is the control factor,the hydroponic experiments further verifies that Pistia stratiotes L accumulated phosphorus in pollution water,to find out the best concentration of accumulate phosphorus.In addition,using the method of UV spectrophotometry,analysis of biological changes ? total phosphorus and total nitrogen content in leaves in different phosphorus concentration.To study the subcellular distributions of phosphorus(P)? nucleic acid and phospholipid in hyper-accumulator Pistia stratiotes L leaves by differential centrifugation technology,to explore the relationship of the total phosphorus ?nucleic acid?phospholipid and allocation of P.To explore the influence of the phosphorus concentration on the genetic diversity of Pistia stratiotes L,used the RAPD technology,trying to find a way or a cause of Pistia stratiotes L accumulated phosphorus.The result showed that the highest amount of Phosphorus in Pistia stratiotes L occurred when the concentration of Phosphorus was 2mmol.L-1;the increase of biomass in favor of phosphorus absorption in Pistia stratiotes L.Pistia stratiotes L on phosphorus absorption maximum can reach 28834 mg.kg-1.Phosphorus ? Phospholipids and nucleic acid content in the leaves increased with the increase of phosphorus concentration.when the genetic diversity compare with different phosphorus treatment condition.The absorption and accumulation of Pistia stratiotes L has a strong effect on Phosphorus in eutrophic waters in Pistia stratiotes L,fastgrowth and reproduction,easy to harvest,reasonable use to an important role for improving the water eutrophication play.
