Trackless vchicles on the mechanized face are widely used due to the rapid development of the coal mining industry.Because the accidents about the misfunction of its dry brake occu-rred frcqucntly,the trackless rubber-tyred locomotive must be equipped with the wet brake when its load beyond 2 tons according to "general specification of the trackless rubber-tyred vehicle for mine explosion-proof diesel engine standard MT T 989-2006".Recently,the domestic research on wet braking device is immature and the used wet brake is the ordinary wet multiple disk brake and the wet multiple disk pressure loss brake.The applications of the multi functional wet multi-disc brake arc not widely opened yet,because of its complexity of structure.However,there must be a bright prospect for the multifunctional wet multi-disc brake,because it is safer and more reliable brake comparing with other types.The main research work is as follows:(1)The required braking torque of the braking device was calculated.The structure optimization design of the multifunctional wet multi-disc brake has been completed in case of the death of the static friction plate and the difficult maintenance.he designed brake braking pcrformance was checked.The finite element analysis of significant elements was completed by Solidworks in order to test the feasibility of design.(2)The overall scheme of the hydraulic brake control system of the multifunctional wet multi-disc brake has been designed The types of the double brake valve,double prefill valve,valve handle and accumulator are selected to satisfy the requirements of braking performance based on the brakes' parameters.(3)The structure and mathematical model of the double brake valve,double prefill valve and the multifunctional wet multi-disc brake were analyzed and the model was established by the HCD in the AMESim.Beside,the model of the w hole hydraulic brake control system was established by HYD database.Finally,all the simulation models were analyzed in order to verify the reliability.(4)The overall scheme of the experiments was designed.The experimental brake control system platform was established and verified.From the comparison of experimental results and simulation,it can be demonstrated that the designed multi-function wet brake and hydrau-lic brake control system meet the requirements.
