The Preparation Of WPU Composite Fiber Membrane By Electrospinning And Its Air Filtration Performance Research

Electrosp inning filter mat erial has become the research hot point.WPU used in electros pin ning is not wide,because the viscosity of WPU is low,adjustment of formula need to be done,the purpose is to increase viscosity.Then PVP\WPU blending composite electrospinning fiber membrane is obtained by the electrostatic spinning.First step,this article synth esized WPU which has a higher viscosity.Computer aided molecular design softwares(Chembio3d and MATLAB)are used.Which help getting the basic formula,macromolecular structur e and prediction IR.The second step,the PVP\WPU blending composite electrospinning fiber membrane is obtained by the electrostatic spinning.With the method of control solution ratio,the relationship between the filtration efficiency and ratio of spinning solution is established.Third step,on the basis of the above formula,containing hydrogen silicone oil quality score as a single factor variables,the experimental groups of composite membrane are prepared.Using SEM analysis fiber membrane.Using PMsensor measure its air filtration efficiency.The experimental results show that :The rea c tion time can be 120 mins(pol yphase:70 mins,em ulsific ation:30 mins),reaction temp erature can be 75 ?.The formula: mppg2000 = 1000 g,mTdi = 174 g,mDMP A = 49 g,mBDO = 4.2 g.In this way,preparation product can be used in electrostatic spinning;When the vol tage is 14 kv,0.8 mm noz zle r a dius,velocity of 50 ?L/h,taylor cone is close to the theo retical cone.Along with the rising of the WPU additives,composite membrane porosity increases significantly,filtration efficiency drops.When PVP quality quantity is 7%,mass fraction of waterborne polyurethane is 6%,electrostatic spinning time at 2.5 h,its air filtration efficiency reached 79%.Through SEM and PMsensor analysis,result shows that,with the increase of PVP content,nozzle diameter and filtration efficiency increase significantly;Along with the rising of the WPU additives,composite membrane porosity increases significantly,filtration efficiency drops.Under the same conditions,the quality of PVP quantity 7%,waterborne polyurethane mass fraction 6%,mass fraction 14% hydrogen silicone,its filter air filter efficiency reached 83%,Increases the amount of adding hydrogen silicone,water resistance of hydrogen silicone fiber membrane improve.
