Micro/nanofibers have many special advantages,such as a small diameter and a large specific surface area,which has been used in many fields.Many methods have been proposed to fabricate nanofibers.Electrospinning has the advantages of simple equipment and low cost,which was the simplest and most commonly used method to fabricate nanofibers.However,the productivity of traditional electrospinning is very small,only 0.1g/h,the nanofibers prepared by traditional electrospinning are disorderly,and many electrospinning devices can only spin a single material.In this paper,a non-needle-tip centriugal electrospinning device was designed to fabricate polyvinylidene fluoride composite fiber membranes,and the properties of membranes were studied.The results shown that this method has the advantages of high production,low applied voltage,high fiber orientation,high concentration of solution and simultaneous electrospinning of two materials.In this paper,a centrifugal electrospinning system is developed,which mainly includes a motor,a support part and an electric field force generating structure,and a needle-free liquid tank.The jet spinning mechanism of centrifugal electrospinning system was analyzed.The experimental parameters such as solution concentration and liquid discharge gap were studied.The centrifugal electrospinning system was used to carry out the experiment of centrifugal electrospinning polyvinylidene fluoride,and the influence of process parameters on centrifugal electrospun fibers was obtained.Orthogonal test analysis was used to obtained optimized process parameters.The centrifugal electrospun fibers obtained by the optimized process parameters has an average diameter of 3.64 ?m,and the fiber diameter deviation and fiber orientation were 1.74 and 0.85,respectively.Polyvinylidene fluoride fiber membrane,polyethylene oxide and polyvinylidene fluoride composite fiber membrane were prepared by this method.The characterization of polyvinylidene fluoride fiber membrane and composite fiber membrane were studied.The results show that the polyethylene oxide fiber is better composited into the polyvinylidene fluoride fiber.The polyvinylidene fluoride fiber membrane has a yield of 3.5g/h and a porosity of 0.66.The yield of the composite fiber membrane was 5.98g/h.The porosity of the polyvinylidene fluoride fiber membrane in the composite fiber membrane is 0.79.Both the polyvinylidene fluoride fiber membrane and the composite fiber membrane have a high water flux,and the water flux of the composite fiber membrane is larger than the water flux of the polyvinylidene fluoride membrane.
