Ningtiaota Coal Mine is a coal mining near distance,through the upper coal seam after the goaf will appear a lot of water,the mining of lower coal seam before the need of the upper coal seam goaf water,in the discharge process if the air leak caused by a large amount of upper goaf water float coal spontaneous combustion,a serious threat to the safety production of coal mine.Therefore,it is very important to study the early prediction technology of coal water in the coal mining area of the sub block.Ningtiaota 2-2 coal as the research object,through the water temperature programmed experiments and large coal spontaneous combustion experiment,focusing on the characteristics of temperature and concentration of gas in the coal spontaneous combustion process parameters were studied;using the method of grey relational analysis caused by coal spontaneous combustion of the moisture content of coal sample analysis to determine the early prediction index of spontaneous combustion of Ningtiaota Coal Mine,and establishes the classification of early warning system of coal spontaneous combustion;leaching limit parameters of coal spontaneous combustion based on the water,combined with the three division of the mine data before,to determine the temperature in goaf and gas monitoring point layout;in Ningtiaota Coal Mine N1116 goaf layout of optical fiber temperature measurement system and beam tube monitoring system for real-time monitoring of temperature in goaf and gas,combined with the prediction index of spontaneous combustion in goaf of early Forecast.The main conclusions are:(1)By programmed temperature experiment,the temperature and gas coal samples with different moisture content during spontaneous combustion characteristic parameters were analyzed:different water content of coal heating process generated CO and CO2 gas concentration and coal temperature exponentially;the C2H4 and C2H6 gas in coal temperature rise to 70? Celsius only,two kinds of gas generated varies with the temperature of coal;moisture content of 13.67%coal samples in the most conducive to spontaneous combustion.(2)The selection principle of index gases of coal spontaneous combustion based on the index gases of coal spontaneous combustion are qualitatively analyzed,using gray correlation analysis method to determine the gas index of Caragana flooding in early prediction of spontaneous combustion of coal by quantitative analysis.The spontaneous combustion of coal in low temperature stage is divided into three stages,the target gases are CO and C2H4,and the index system of coal spontaneous combustion is established based on the index gas and the gas concentration corresponding to the coal temperature.(3)According to the coal spontaneous combustion and limit parameters of Ningtiaota mine original data,determine the Ningtiaota N1116 mine goaf coal spontaneous combustion monitoring program;using the distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system and beam tube monitoring system and the measured temperature data and gas data,compared with the early warning indicators and the result is consistent with the actual,preliminary verification of the accuracy of early prediction.
