In recent years,the calculation of combustion in the close--distance and easy to spontaneous combustion seam mining has increased significantly.It is one of the coal mine's main disaster and has become a serious threat to the coal mine's safety production.The8coal and7coal in Yaogiao coal mine of Datun coal and electricity scompany,which has the tendency of spontaneous combustion,belongs to the close--distance and easy to spontaneous combustion seam mining.So, it has an extremely important significance in guiding Yaoqiao coal mine fire prevention and safety production on the conditions of establishing the three—zone of spontaneous combustion in seam mining of the goaf accurately,finding out the air leakage channels,figuring out the minimum pushing speed of the coal mining face,grasping the law of the close--distance and easy to spontaneous combustion seam mining.In this paper,it shows a certain degree of research on safety mine preventing techniques in Yaoqiao coal mine's close--distance and easy to spontaneous combustion seam mining on the condition of adopting a combination research methods of theoretical analysis,laboratory experiments,numerical simulation and on-site determination.It has analysised the affecting factors of the close--distance and easy to spontaneous combustion seam mining's coal spontaneous combustion of the goaf in YaoQiao coal mine..It has inductived and summarized the characteristics of the close--distance and easy to spontaneous combustion seam mining's coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf and the law of the spontaneous combustion in the goaf. It has established the model of the filter flow field in the close--distance and easy to spontaneous combustion seam mining of the goaf, in theoretical tools of numerical heat transfer and masstransfer,fluiddynamicsin porous medium,computational mathematics.etc.Applying with network solver theory and combining the aquations of air leakage resistance in the goafs,In order to establish the three—zone distribution range in goaf, it has simulated the air leakage field in goaf.Collecting coal samples for laboratory experimental study,secleting CO and C2H2as the indicator gases to forecast seam spontaneous combustion according to artificial oxidation experiments.And proposing one judgment method that applies CO indicator gas to predict coal seam spontaneous combustion.By burying temperature probes and the beam pipe detection,measured the three—zone of goaf in situ and raised the minimum pushing speed for safety mining in mining face. Meanwhile,verified the results through computer simulation.As a result,the simulation result was basically consistent with the verification results.Using SF6tracer gas to detect the connectivity of the goaf and find out the air leakage channel.Finally,it shows the safety mining prevention and treatment of technical measures to Yaoqiao coal mine's close--distance and easy to spontaneous combustion seam mining,and established the integrated prevention and control system for the exploitation of spontaneous combustion in close--distance coal seams.
