The level of mechanization is on the rise with rapid industrialization level,mining technology has covered modern large mine.The stock of dust of working face operation space has increasing with larger mining intensity,which damage the physical and mental health of workers and lead the working environment further deterioration.The study of wind flow distribution,dust migration law and dust parameters optimization has significance in Improving the underground environment.Face to the rising year by year population of pneumoconiosis,the study has the realistic significance to prevent occupational disease for the workers exposed to dust and retain the physiology and psychological health.Taking the 20304 fully mechanized mining face of Yanghuopan coal mine as the object of study.First,analyzing the stress distribution and the actual motion state of dust under the microcosmic perspective.Second,analyzing the wind flow distribution of working face,dispersity of dust,concentration distribution of dust in the master operation and the change of concentration with migrating in regional space.Then get the real laws of wind flow distribution and air-dust migration through field measurement and numerical simulation of Ansys-Fluent.The study provide the dust reduction rate of respirable dust and dust in the main process,and the dust reduction rate of respirable dust of support move is the highest which reach 81.5%,the dust reduction rate of dust of the place of coal is the highest which reach 82.6%.And then take the genetic algorithm to optimize for the Dust Parameter Optimization of Hydraulic Supports.Finally,the dust concentration of the main producing dust has reduced and the whole dust reduction rate reached more than 90% when measured the dust concentration,and provide a new method for the work of dust fall in coal mine at thesame time.
