The sulfur compounds SOx in fuel oil is the main source of acid rain after combustion,which results in serious pollution and damages human health.As the increasing perfection of environment laws in domestic and overseas,the acceptance criteria of sulfur compounds in fuel oil now is restricted via establishing laws and regulations,for instance,the Euro V requires the content of sulfur to be less than 10 ppmw,and of US the criterion is less than 30 ppmw,and the National V requires less than 10 ppmw too.All these bring severe requirements to desulfurization industry in domestic,thus the improvement to fuel oil quality is extremely urgent and corresponding actions for reducing sulfur compound should be implemented immediately.The burning questions for reduction of pollution caused by sulfur compounds is that of developing of new deep desulfurization technology,increase the times of recovery of catalyst in desulfurization.In light of these problems,the article is going to imply researches on following aspects.?1?Prepare the catalyst of H4SiMo12O40@SiO2 by hydrothermal synthesis.The characterization of TEM indicates the structure H4SiMo12O40@SiO2 catalyst is core-shell,the active compound of H4SiMo12O40 in mesoporous silica shell.The desulfurization rate of DBT could reach to 100% under optimized condition,at when the activation energy of DBT oxidizing reaction is 22.08 kJ mol-1,all of these implies the great catalytic performance of H4SiMo12O40@SiO2 for desulfurization,after being recovered for 13 times,the catalytic performance of H4SiMo12O40@SiO2 is not significantly decreased,also remain more than 90%,the improved recyclability may originally caused by core-shell structure.?2?The HPW/ZrO2-SiO2 catalyst is prepared by supporting silica support modified by ZrO2 to HPW,and then be applied to desulfurization.The desulfurization rate of HPW/ZrO2-SiO2 under optimized condition could reach to 100%,and moreover the recovery times reaches up to 19 without significant decrease of performance,which dues to the strong interaction between active compound of HPW and HPW/ZrO2-SiO2 support.?3?On the way of industrialization,heteropoly acid catalyst containing phosphorus,it will produce large amounts of phosphorus industry waste water,in order to solve this problem,the findings of that the Zr could provide more positive charge is observed in above study,then we target UIO-66?Zr?after literature investigation.The research on UIO-66 material without support of HPAs active compound by using simulative fuel oil of 500 ppmw of sulfur compound is performed,and the data indicates good desulfurization effect,which could reach up to 100 % at optimized condition.
