Hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system is one of the main means of production automation of fully mechanized mining face,can realize automatic control of the production of fully mechanized mining equipment,improve the production efficiency of working face,improve the production conditions of working face,achieve the goal of safe production.The SAC system is mainly composed of a bracket bracket controller,man-machine interface,isolation coupler,pressure sensor,displacement sensor,explosion-proof power supply,shearer position detection device,the main control computer and electric hydraulic control main valve group which goes on(push)hydraulic jack is installed on the bottom of the bracket,the built-in installation of a displacement sensor,piston stroke detection over the jack,and then master the working face advancing speed and the cumulative amount of thrust,so that accurate planning and calculation of coal production.The accuracy and reliability of the displacement sensor is of vital importance to the automation of the fully mechanized mining face.The traditional displacement sensor is designed by using the principle of several reed switches,which has low accuracy and reliability.Based on the above problems,the title of this paper is the design of magnetostrictive displacement sensor for coal mine hydraulic support based on modbus protocol.Main work of the thesis includes the following parts:(1)Research on Hardware Design of Magnetostrictive Displacement Sensor.Combined with magnetostrictive technology,the design of a high precision,reliable and stable displacement sensor.Specific from the sensor explosion-proof,dust,vibration,moisture,heat,anti-interference and other aspects of the miniaturization of the sensor to study.(2)Research on Software Design of Magnetostrictive Displacement Sensor.This chapter mainly carries on the software design work,mainly includes the software integration development environment IDE introduction,the software general principle design,the software initialization procedure design,and the data acquisition procedure design.(3)Research on Design of EMC and Coal Safety for Magnetostrictive Displacement Sensor.Research on EMC and Coal Design for Magnetostrictive Displacement Sensor.For the EMC design,mainly on the surge immunity design,electrical fast transient pulse group immunity design,electrostatic discharge immunity design of several aspects of analysis;according to GB3836.4-2000 Part 4,to discuss the safety barrier parameters And the coal-related design of the sensor-related circuit.(4)Verification of design studies.A magnetostrictive displacement sensor test platform was built,and the displacement sensor was subjected to electromagnetic compatibility test,drop test,non-linearity test and soaking test.The experimental results show that the precision and reliability of the magnetostrictive displacement sensor are higher than the traditional measuring and controlling rod,which fully meets the requirements of the mine.
