However, the scattering and absorption of biological tissue by near-infrared quantum dots is weak, and the depth of penetration is deeper than that of conventional quantum dots(QDs)in the visible light region, which interfere with the autofluorescence of biological tissues. In this thesis,near-infrared Cu-Sn-S(CTS)quantum dots were successfully prepared by thermal implantation, and characterized by high-power transmission electron microscopy(TEM),UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy(UV-VIS-NIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and so on.The characterization results show that localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR)of CTS quantum dots can be tuned in the second infrared window of 1300 nm to 1500 nm by changing the basic ratio of Cu:Sn.The surface modification of CTS quantum dot by distearoyl phosphoethanolamine-PEG(DSPE-PEG)was carried out,and the transition of CTS quantum dot from oil phase to water phase was realized by surface coordination transformation method,to make the QDs biocompatible.Through colloid stability test, cytotoxicity test,Gel electrophoresis and cytofluorescence imaging tests show that the modified CTS quantum dot can be used in biological applications. Finally, the CTS QDs modified by DSPE-PEG can be used as a contrast agent in imaging studies of optical coherent tomography(OCT),and the CTS QDs of CTS quantum dots Application laid the foundation.
