With the rapid development in aerospace industry,higher requirements for aircraft engine performance are put forward.Blade is the core part of the engine,and plays a key role in energy conversion.It has complex surface,large cross-section dimension,poor stress conditions and bear the load,so blade manufacturing level is able to largely determine the performance of the engine.In order to meet the high performance,high reliability and high safety of engine,blade must have precision geometric dimensions and qualifies internal organization.Blade manufacturing technology is the key technology in advanced manufacturing technology.Titanium alloy has good comprehensive mechanical properties,is widely used in the aerospace industry.TA11 alloy with high damping performance is a near-? type titanium alloy.The alloy has the ability to convert vibration into other forms of energy,thereby avoiding surge and improving fatigue life of blades.TA11 alloy is long-term working at450? compressor blade selection focus.The impact of different process parameters(deformation temperature,strain rate and deformation degreee)on the flow stress of TA11 titanium is analyzed by the thermal simulation compression tests.Based on the experimental results,the thermal deformation relationship model of TA11 titanium alloy is established.According to the characteristics of the forming process of blade forging,the compression experiment of TA11 alloy were carried out,analyzing the influence of temperature and deformation on macro structure and instability.The process of compression forming is simulated,analyzing the change of temperature andstrain.The hot processing window of TA11 alloy was established according to the test and simulation results.Finite element numerical has become an important tool to study the plastic forming of metal.In this paper,the whole hot forming(squeeze,duntou,preforging and final forging)of TA11 alloy three-stage blades is simulated by DEFORM-3D.Analyze the variation and distribution of temperature and strain during the deformation process,and the maximum load required in the forming process.The QLF(Quality Loss Function)was used to evaluate the different parameters preforging and final forging processes,and to provide theoretical reference for the forging process of TA11 alloy blade.
