With the gradual improvement of urbanization in China,along with the increasingly serious environmental pollution problems,in many environmental problems,the water environment pollution is the most prominent,the state for water pollution control is increasing,the key river basin environmental governance of the requirements continue to strengthen the urban sewage treatment plant water quality and put forward a higher standard.A series of laws,regulations and policies promulgated by countries and regions have clearly emphasized that the emission standards for Grade A in the "Sewage Disposal Standards for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plants"(GB18918-2002)are strictly regulated by the key river basin.In this paper,the current operating efficiency of Zhenba County sewage treatment plant in Shanxi Province is taken as the object of study.The plant is put into operation in 2010,and the A/A/O micro-anoxidation ditch treatment process is used.The effluent quality is based on the discharge standard of Grade B,into the Jingyang River,for the Han River water system.Through the actual water in and out of the water survey and analysis,the plant effluent to meet the original design of water quality level B standard.However,the current process of pollutant handling capacity can not effectively protect the Han River Basin water quality,can not meet the relevant laws and regulations.At the same time,the research and analysis found that the sewage plant operation equipment and supporting pipe network facilities have certain problems need to be solved and improved.Therefore,the need for Zhenba County sewage treatment plant to mention the standard transformation,so that the effluent reached an A standard,to achieve rational use of sewage resources.The transformation of the bid,including theupgrading of sewage treatment and sludge treatment to mention the upgrading of the sewage treatment,sewage extraction standard to retain the original oxidation ditch biological treatment process,the new size of the sewage treatment facilities,the secondary effluent after the three-level depth deal with.According to the present situation of water quality and the condition of water quality in the county sewage plant in zhenba county,The three schemes of "MBR +disinfection","aeration biological filter(BAF)+ disinfection","coagulant precipitation+ fibre rotary filter + disinfection" were analyzed and compared and ultimately determine "denitrification filter + coagulation sedimentation + fiber turntable filter"combination process as the lifting of the project's advanced processing technology,"which of the water quality is good,low operating costs,easy management to ensure that effluent to meet the "urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standards"(GB18918-2002)in the "first class A" standard requirements.The upgrading of sludge treatment using "sludge thickener + sludge conditioning tank" conditioning process,and "high pressure diaphragm filter press "deep processing technology to ensure that the sludge factory moisture content of 60% or less to meet the requirements of sludge transport and transportation of landfill disposal.
