After the development and construction for more than 40 years,the construction of the Sabei oilfield has been built to the length of the oil pipeline between the oil station and the turning station,the transfer station and the joint station.At this stage,because of the long running time of the oil pipeline network,and with the change of output,there is a serious impact on the normal production.To meet the efficient development of oil fields,safe and stable running and so on,this thesis investigated the optimization of the transfer station transmission pipeline in Sabei oilfield.The main research contents include:First,the basic data and operation data for Sabei oilfield transfer station transmission pipeline are investigated.Then,the transporting crude oil properties for the oil transfer station pipeline were tested and analyzed.Meanwhile,the condensation point,viscosity and wax precipitation point are investigated.Minimum safty throughput in oil pipeline was obtained in different months,according to test analysis of basic physical properties and with consideration of thermadynamic and hydraulic characteristics.According to the actual operation data of the pipeline,the thermadynamic and hydraulic calculation model of the pipeline is modified.The calculated temperature drop results with modified model and experimental data were in a good agreement with little relative erro r within 5%.Rules of wax deposition in pipeline were investigated under different conditions.The research was conducted to study wax deposition rate.The prediction curves of wax desposition rate were obtained,by calculating and analyzing deposition tendency coefficient model under various conditions in different months.What is more,the effect factors of wax deposition rate were clear.The target of this work is to reduce total energy consumption and optimize production plan by controlling out-station temperature and pressure.Besides,reasonable starting point temperature and out-station temperature is benefit to minimize total energy consumption and cost.By optimizing the operation scheme,the pipeline transportation cost is saved more than 20%.
