Baike pipeline put the Baikouquan oil,Wuerhe oil and 91# oil into 701 oil deport.But on current circumstances,pipeline transmission is lower than the minimum of the safety transmission by designed.Owing to the high condensation point of Baikouquan oil,the congelation may be occur in the winter under the current operation condition.To ensure the safe operation of the pipeline under the condition of minimum throughput,a viable technological measures must be carried out.Combined with the research task at the institute of Scheme Planning in xinjiang oilfield engineering institute of technology,study the minimum throughput and safety shutdown time of Baike pipeline during the practice period.Through setting the pressure at the end of the pipeline and assuming the oil temperature at the node,Baike oil pipeline was simulated and analyzed by the Stoner Pipeline Simulator(SPS)software.According to the Baike pipeline current circumstance,the minimum throughput of Baike pipeline was simulated under continuous and intermittent transportation at a constant temperature.Three schemes were provided including heating transportation,oil depressant transportation and heavy and light oil mixing transportation.The pipeline allowed minimum throughput was calculated in continuous and intermittent transportation conditions under the previous three schemes,equipment selection,investment and operation cost were analyzed,combining with the expenses and the actual oil field operation circumstance,the optimalizing scheme was determined.According to the Baike pipeline current situation,the safety shutdown time was studied in continuous and intermittent transportation conditions under constant temperature transportation,heating transportation,oil depressant transportation and heavy and light oil mixing transportation schemes.The study could lay foundation for operation and shutdown of Baike pipeline.
