As the global increasing shortage of water resources,wastewater reuse has become an important way to solve water shortage.Industrial water consumption occupies a large proportion in the total water consumption in the country,the recycle of industrial waste water can relieve the contradiction between the shortage of water resources and the industrial production development,promote the sustainable development of industry,for saving water resources,protect the environment,reduce the production cost has very important significance.The main research content of this article is determine the reasonable water treatment process,treatment chemical wastewater of the Jinan thermal power plant,make the water quality standard of chemical wastewater water quality standard to achieve reuse water quality standard,analysis the production water in the factory and formulate feasible wastewater reuse scheme,to reduce the total fresh water,reduce the production cost.This article analyses the reasons of the Jinan thermal power plant chemical wastewater can't reuse,compared to the water quality standard of chemical wastewater After the original csystem and reuse water,conclusion chemical wastewater pH,COD,NH3-N,SS and other indicators need to be further control.Transform the original wastewater treatment system,design mix-regulating-coagulation-precipitation-aeration-neutralization-emissions(unqualified)/recycle(qualified).This literary grace chemical wastewater at different times of the samples as the research object,in the lab for coagulation precipitation and simulation experiments of aeration blowing off,determine the best control factors: Control the PAC dosing quantity 1000 mg/L,control to remove gas and liquid than 40:1,don't need PAM,don't need waste water temperature adjustment.To ensure that qualified,verify the feasibility of design scheme.Wastewater treatment equipment upgrade scheme based on the principle of simple,economic and reliable,modify the original pool,add a integrated pool contains adjusting pool,acid and alkali neutralization pond,inclined plate sedimentation tank and sludge pools,increased wastewater treatment dosing system and aeration system.Chemical waste water after treatment can ensure to reuse water quality standards.To various aspects of water quality in factory production system requirements,this paper formulated the multiple chemical wastewater reuse scheme,and each scheme has carried on the detailed discussion.To determine the chemical waste water can be used as boiler cinder flushing water,coal spray water,cooling tower make-up water,the desulfurization tank make-up water.Through the study of the economic analysis of wastewater reuse system after it is concluded that: After new system put into operation,input and output ratio up 0.304%,economic indicators improved,wastewater discharge unqualified hours down to zero,total monthly water consumption reduction of 36888 t,to save money for 156257?/m,effectively reduces the production cost reduction,proves the efficiency and feasibility of the chemical wastewater treatment and reuse scheme.
