| Marine anti-fouling coating is a significant topic in the field of coating.Marine fouling organisms lead to the increasing damage to ship,undersea artificial facilities,aquaculture and others.The treatment of marine fouling organisms has been the focus of attention and research.With the continuous enhancement of people’s environmental awareness,environmental friendly and non-toxic anti-fouling coatings with low surface energy have become the focus of scientific and technical workers.The use of low surface energy marine anti-fouling coatings is to achieve the purpose of preventing and treating marine fouling organisms.The application of marine anti-fouling coatings with low surface energy still has limitations.Therefore,the anti-fouling coatings with low surface energy modified by fluorine and silicon are explored in this paper.This paper consists of three parts.1)The use of dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate(FMA),3-methacryloxypropyltrim ethoxysilane(KH570),butyl acrylate(BA)and glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)as raw materials preparation of marine anti-fouling coatings with low surface energy by free radical copolymerization.The chemical structure,thermal properties,surface properties,chemical resistance and anti-fouling properties of the modified copolymers were tested and studied in detail.The results show that the chemical structure of the random copolymers modified by fluorine and silicon is in line with the expected results,and has good chemical resistance.After silane coupling agent KH792 treatment,the adhesion between coating and substrate can reach level 1.At the same time,the double effect of fluorine and silicon monomer significantly improves the hydrophobicity of the coating,and makes the coating have lower surface energy.The test of anti-fouling property shows that the polyacrylate film modified by fluorine and silicon has good anti-fouling property.2)Silicone modified block copolymer with low surface energy were prepared by using six methylene diisocyanate(HDI),polyethylene glycol(PEG)and hydroxypropyl silicone oil as raw materials.The product of the chemical structure,surface properties,thermal properties,solvent resistance,water resistance and anti-fouling properties were tested in detail.The results show that the copolymers prepared with monomer polyethylene glycol and hydroxypropyl silicone oil are two amphiphilic block copolymers;The infrared structure characterization showed that the chemical structure of the product in line with expectations results;Polyethylene glycol is hydrophilic,hydroxypropyl silicone oil is hydrophobic,The surface free energy difference between the two is relatively large,which affects the surface properties of the coatings.Moreover,polyethylene glycol has the characteristics of anti protein adsorption and bacterial attachment,and the anti-fouling property of this sample is especially notable.3)The low energy surface anti-fouling coatings modified by fluorine and silicon were prepared by using epoxy resin,KH560 and self-made low molecular hydroxyl-fluoro silicone oil as raw materials.The product of the chemical structure,surface properties,thermal properties,bonding strength and anti-fouling properties were tested and analyzed in detail,the results show that the chemical structure of the self-made hydroxyl-fluoro silicone oil and KH560 modified by hydroxyl-fluoro silicone oil accord with the expected structure;The introduction of silicone monomer and fluorine and silicon monomer significantly improved the contact angle of epoxy resin and the hydrophobicity of epoxy resin;The thermal performance test and anti-fouling test show that the organic silicon monomer and fluorine and silicon monomer improve the thermal stability of epoxy resin and have good anti-fouling property. |
