Nanowire arrays have many advantages such as high aspect ratio,large specific surface area,high electron injection efficiency,and so on.They have important applications in many fields,such as nanometer generators,piezoelectric sensors,temperature sensors,and field effect transistors.ZnO nanowire arrays were fabricated on ITO / kapton / Al by two-step hydrothermal method.The morphology and properties of the synthesized products were characterized.The results show that the uniformity and performance of the seed layer in the two-step hydrothermal process will affect the quality of the nanowire array.The parameters affecting the quality of the seed layer include heating temperature,coating layer number and rotational speed.The optimum process for preparing Zn O seed layer is: coating 3 layers,3000 rmp/min,heating temperature at 250°C.The ZnO nanowire arrays were prepared on ZnO seed layer by aqueous solution method.The length and density can be controlled.The influence of concentration,reaction temperature,reaction time and coating layer number on nanowire array was investigated.As the concentration of the reaction solution increases,the nanowire array density increases,and it can control the length of the nanorods and adjust the growth orientation.With the increase of reaction time,the density of the array increases,but also cause the corrosion of the nanorods.Seed layer number on the array morphology is also relatively large,the verticality of the array is not good if the number of layers is small and it is easy to cause cracking and peeling if the number of layers is higher.The photoelectric properties and the wetting angle of nanowire arrays were tested.ZnO array appears super hydrophilic phenomenon,and the wetting angle of(002)oriented can be improved to 5 degree.The super hydrophilic properties can be improved by changing the morphology of ZnO arrays.With the increase of the specific surface area and the(002)orientation,the electrical properties of the array become better.Considering the reflectance curve and the solar absorption ratio,the optimum process parameters are as follows: reaction time is 70 minutes,the concentration is 0.03 mol/L,the heating temperature is 250°C,and the reaction temperature is 95°C.The optical stability of Zn O arrays was investigated after irradiation,the reflectivity has a different degree of reduction,but most of the part up to 80%,and absorbance index rise up.
