The content of phosphorus in converter steelmaking should be ?0.2%,while the content of phosphorus in high phosphorus iron ore is more than 1%.The application of high phosphorus iron ore should be considered from two aspects: firstly,rationally optimize the ore distribution structure;Total phosphorus content of the material;the second is to dephosphorization treatment.For the realization of high-phosphorus iron ore large-scale development and utilization.A series of experiments were carried out to investigate the liquid phase formation behavior of high phosphorus iron ore and the opening mechanism of oolitic structure of high phosphorus iron ore and gas dephosphorization during microwave sintering.Concluded as follow:1)Changing the ratio of high-phosphorus iron ore powder and the powder of the pill,the melting temperature and the shrinkage rate of the mixture increase with the increase of the proportion of the high-phosphorus iron ore powder.2)Microwave treatment of oolitic structure has the best effect,which can produce cracks in some oolitic grain boundary layer,which destroys oolitic structure and release fluorine apatite.Na2SO4 can react with silicoaluminium oxides in the oolitic gangue structure,destroying the oolitic structure,but may generate Fe S residue in the sinter,which will burden the subsequent desulphurization process.3)Using microwave sintering method to the high phosphorus iron ore powder,with the addition of bituminous coal with carbon content of 5%,analytical reagent of pure Si O2 content of 0.75%,Ca Cl2 dosage of 1.5%,R=1.4,the granularity of bituminous coal0.50~0.63 mm,the temperature was increased from room temperature to 1250 ? at a heating rate of 140 ?/min for 25 min,and the dephosphorization rate of the high phosphorus iron ore powder was 25.71%.Which will provide the theoretical support for the future sintering production of high phosphorus iron ore powder.
