Iron and steel is the basic material of the national economy,which plays an important role in the national construction.Therefore,the quality requirements for the production of iron and steel has become increasingly high,the realization of various aspects of automated production of steel has become the pursuit of the goal of each country in the production of steel.The existing technology has not been able to solve the technical bottleneck in the smelting process.At present,it is very important to detect the composition of molten steel by laser induced breakdown technique.Laser induced breakdown(LIBS)is a kind of synchronization,fast,no need for sample pretreatment,simple operation and real-time detection and other advantages.Therefore,it is very important to construct a practical on-line analysis platform for steel composition in LIBS.Combined with the theoretical knowledge to solve some problems encountered in the actual field operation.Mainly for the establishment of the experimental platform,spectral line pretreatment and application of laser induced breakdown(LIBS)on the quantitative analysis of the composition of the three aspects of in-depth study.First,a complete set of online testing platform is set up,including laser system,optical system,protection and transmission system and data analysis system.On the basis of spectral line preprocessing,denoising using wavelet analysis,to eliminate abnormal spectrum spectral line,using the improved single band reconstruction algorithm,a set of spectral signal as the experimental object,improve the frequency aliasing problem can be solved by this method.The genetic algorithm was improved after the spectral data was obtained,and the genetic algorithm model based on neural network was established.The content of Mn element in steel was quantitatively analyzed.By comparing the common algorithm,we can get the accuracy of the model.
