Airborne Laser(LiDAR)survey technique is based on the aircraft as a platform layman’s terms,the laser ranging,GPS,IMU(inertial navigation system),digital photogrammetry technology,rapid access to information within the three-dimensional coordinates of the range of high-density pipe and high-density three-dimensional coordinates to locate,measure and store the terrestrial laser point cloud and image for further processed to obtain the geographic information such as digital elevation models,digital orthophoto image map,DLG and so on.With the rapid development of China’s pipeline construction,the traditional approach to managing data on pipeline construction and subsequent operation and management of the pipeline can not meet the requirements,the use of computers,geographic information systems,information technology pipeline for a more efficient and practical information Management has become very urgent and necessary.The advanced technology into our long-distance pipeline engineering survey of the development of the industry is the inevitable need for domestic engineering geological survey and measurement in long-distance pipeline project application,the foreign ministers of the pipeline survey conducted in-depth analysis of the state of technology,the establishment of the Gas Pipeline Project survey taken technical line-Airborne Laser(LiDAR)measurement technology.In this paper,the actual work of the pipeline project,the usage of airborne LiDAR technology and aerial photogrammetry technology combined approach to long-distance pipeline by photogrammetry technology,and get the corresponding product results.The main contents include airborne LiDAR technology workflow projects,practical work experience and other data processing problems and solutions,analysis and evaluation of the results of the main products.This article explores through airborne LiDAR technology in long-distance pipeline in the practical application of measurement methods and processes,after analyzing the the benefits of this technology insteading of the traditional methods of measurement the benefits,obtained the technology is the best measure of long-distance pipeline means.Application of this technology can effectively ensure the quality and duration of the survey and design,reduce resource inputs and emissions,save a lot of energy,oil pipeline survey and design to promote technological progress,and all aspects of precision,quality,effectiveness,cost and other similar discussed in future the feasibility of the project development of new technologies and proposed insufficient and need to be improved in the future direction that currently exist.
