In recent years, with the continuous development of the petroleum, chemical, coking, pharmaceutical and other industries, refractory organic wastewater generated in a variety of industries increasing year by year, the treatment of such refractory organics in wastewater has become a technology research new topics.Based on the current status of the sources and methods of governance refractory organic wastewater for analysis, this study focuses on the use of microwave technology and efficient treatment of refractory organic wastewater applications, while the microwave-catalytic oxidation technology research was carried out in some exploration column experimental as well. This article studies the microwave-catalytic oxidation reaction mechanism firstly and then discusses the problems occurring in wastewater treatment.Microwave-catalytic oxidation of organic microwave technology wastewater as a new water treatment method can greatly accelerate the removal of contaminants, short and efficient, especially for refractory organic pollutants better, has become a hot research recently advanced oxidation technologies.Through the establishment of microwave induced H2O2 catalytic oxidation process of experimental studies, granular activated carbon as an absorbing carrier,H2O2 as oxidant were used to treat the petrochemical wastewater containing phenol.Experiments show that the use of microwave, combined with H2O2 oxidation and activated carbon absorption can effectively accomplish the catalytic oxidation of phenol wastewater.H2O2-charcoal and microwave radiation on phenol wastewater treatment have synergistic effect.By studying the effects of a variety of phenol wastewater treatment efficiency factors, the finding optimum conditions were: 100 m L initial concentration of 100mg/L wastewater, activated carbon 3.0g,microwave irradiation time 18 min, microwave power 200 W,H2O2 dosage 500mg/L.Under the optimum processing conditions, the phenol removal rate can reach 98.5%.
