Photocatalytic oxidation technology is a new waste water treatment technology, whose virtues are high treatment efficiency, simple technical equipment, operating controlling easily, degradation organics pollution without selectivity and without second pollution. The beginning of the photocatalytic oxidation technology starts the new phase of phenol wastewater degradation transaction.The nanoparticle titanium dioxide was prepared with TNB which are former material in the sol-gel process.The effects of the water volume , hydrolyze temperature influenced on sol-gel process and the calcined temperature of the dry gel influenced on the specific particle size and the composing of crystal phase were discussed in this paper. The experiments showed that the most suitable sol-gel process conditions should controll as follows: Process temperature was about 22 C ;the ratio of TNB, water , solvent and Diethanolamine was 1: 1: 26.5: 1 and the calcined condition that was the calcined temperature was about 550C and the calcined time was about 1 hour.The crystal type of nanoparticle titanium dioxide has a large number of relations with the calcined temperature. It will transition from Anatase to Rutile when the calcined temperature clumb.On the condition of temperature was about 550C and the calcined time was about 1 hour,the ratio of Anatase and Rutile was 8:2.Pb2+ was selected to doping in TiO2 in this paper. The experiments of degradation phenol showed that the photocatalytic activity could be greatly improved with Pb2+-loaded TiO2..Meanwhile, the transition temperature and the calcined temperature of Pb2+-loaded T1O2 was higher than pure TiO2.The XRD showed that the particles diameter of Pb2+-loaded TiO2 was smaller than pure TiO2.This paper also discussded the mechanism of droping the Pb2+ ion and photocatalyse.This paper also discussed degradting benzophenol under different conditions: illumination time,PH and the concentration of benzophenol and have concluded that TiO2 have high photocatalyse under illumination time=5h, [benzophenol]=20mg/l and acid surroundings.
