At present,a steam injection horizontal well is an important thermal production method.The production effect is largely depending upon the steam quality at the well bottom and steam diffusion in the reservoir.So the study on the flow and heat-transfer in horizontal wells is of important practical significance.In this paper,the model of steam flow and heat-transfer in a vertical wellbore is established.A numerical method is used to solve the problem,the calculation program is written,and the law of steam thermal parameters distribution is get.The sensitivity analysis of the steam injection parameters and the influence of time on the steam parameters at the well bottom are completed.On the basis of considering screen pipe flow,the model of steam flow and heat-transfer in a horizontal wellbore is established.In the model,the friction loss of perforations and the flow rate in perforations is calculated.The steam parameters distribution in the horizontal wellbore is obtained by solving the model,and the dryness at the toe can be effectively improved by improving the steam injection rate and dryness.The calculation result shows that steam mass distribution in horizontal well is not uniform,so an optimization method for string is proposed.At last,the steam uniform distribution was realized by optimizing the screen hole density.
